Certification

Section 4: Payment Terms

The University has three payment options available for vendors.
Method of Payment Terms More Information
Payment Plus (ePayments) Payable Immediately upon receipt and approval of invoice If you accept credit cards, Payment Plus is DU’s preferred method of issuing payment.
ACH/EFT Net 30 (Payable in 30 Days) Also known as “Direct Deposit”, this is an electronic Funds transfer to your account. To register, complete the EFT section below.
Checks Net 45 (Payable in 45 Days) Checks will be mailed to the remittance address you listed above.

EFT Registration

EFT (direct deposit) payments are available for U.S. Banks Only.

This form authorizes the University of Denver to make payments to a business or individual electronically. Electronic funds transfer deposits funds into the account; in addition, the University and the bank are authorized to initiate debit entries for any direct deposit errors made. This electronic payment authorization will remain in effect until the University has received written notification from the payee to terminate and the University has had reasonable opportunity to act upon it.

Notification of payments will be sent by email, with the payment settling into your bank account within two days. It is the responsibility of the business or individual to notify the University of Denver of any changes pertinent to electronic payments, such as changes in banking information or email address.

Funds Transfer:To comply with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Treasury and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the University of Denver is obligated to ask the question shown below regarding the transferring funds. If your answer is “Yes”, the University of Denver will issue a paper check in lieu of processing a direct deposit.
